Flour from Overbury Farms Wholemeal and wholesome white flour Over 2005 British Food Fortnight we started producing our own unbleached flour. Each batch can be traced to the exact field in which it was grown. In 2006 Hereward was the chosen variety and it came from the field known as Sperry. This batch has a sell by date of December 2006. Below is a map showing the field in pink. We have had a pause in selling our flour but are hoping to relaunch in the Autumn with a new range. We believe there is increasing interest in natural grains that are minimally processed. We also feel that people want to know where their food comes from - perhaps even down to taking a walk past the field that the wheat they have bought has been grown. We will want to sell something as close to its natural state as possible - enabling our customers to enjoy the flexibility of preparing food from whole grains.
